Lead-acid

LABs are still dominant in a variety of applications, including personal, commercial and utility automotives, industrial uses, and energy storage. However, they do suffer from limitations such as low energy density, short lifetime, and low charge acceptance, which caused the LAB market to lose some of its momentum.

The use of MWCNTs (A.R.T. Nano P - Lead-Acid powder, and A.R.T. Nano WD - Lead-Acid water dispersion) as conductive additives in LAB's negative active mass (NAM) offers many potential benefits, including improved charge acceptance and reduced sulfation, on top of increased battery efficiency and performance.
