Corporate Boards

The company is governed by a Management Board and the control functions are assigned to a Supervisory Board.
 
 
SUPERVISORY BOARD:
  • Plamen Stoilov Bobokov – Chairman - (age 37) has received his master degree in law from Sofia University “S. Kliment Ohridski” in 1993. Mr. Bobokov is a chairman of the supervisory board for 2 and half years and additionally is currently a partner in 7 companies, a manager in another 7 companies and a member in governing bodies of other 5 companies.
  • Nikolai Georgiev Trenchev – Member - (age 54) has received his master degree in law from Sofia University “S. Kliment Ohridski” in 1976 and in the same year became a lawyer in Sofia Bar Association. Mr. Trenchev is a member of the supervisory board for 2 and half years. For the period including 1992 till 1996 Mr. Trenchev was a legal advisor to numerous Bulgarian and foreign companies, including advisory on privatization deals. In 1997 he became an executive director of Plama Pleven for one year.

MANAGEMENT BOARD:
  • Atanas Stoilov Bobokov – Chairman - (age 46) has graduated the Higher Economic Institute “Karl Marks” in 1985, with diploma in International Economic Relationships. Mr. Bobokov is a chairman of the management board for 3 years and seven months and additionally is currently a partner in 3 companies, a manager and partner in another 8 companies and a member in governing bodies of other 5 companies.
  • Petar Hristov Petrov – Executive Director - (age 43) Has graduated Higher economic institute studies – Svishtov – major’s degree in accounting and has also held numerous courses in different areas of economics and accounting. Mr. Petrov is currently the chief accountant of ‘Monbat’ PLC and has been on that position since February 1998.
  • Ivan Petrov Karageorgiev – Member - (age 40) has graduated the Higher Chemical-technological Institute in Sofia in 1990 as engineer. Mr. Karageorgiev is manager and partner in Monbat Trading Ltd. His relevant professional experience includes 5 years in Energia Ltd (production of stationary batteries), 2 years in VARTA Industriebatterien and 3 years in GERMANOS S.A. Mr. Karageorgiev is a member of the management board for 5 years and 8 months.
  • Chavdar Dochev Danev – Member - (age 46) Has graduated the Moscow Institute of Management Sergo Ordjonikidze – major’s degree in Economic Cybernetic. He has been member of the management board of Investmashproekt AD, Rousse until 2001 and member of the supervisory board of ‘Zaharni zavodi’ PLC, Gorna Oryahovitza. Currently he is Financial Director of ‘Prista Oil’ PLC and has been on that position since 2004.
