With the present Monbat Plc would like to announce the end of the third  reverse buying out procedure for 143 000 shares or 0.366 %  from the company’s capital, based on a Resolution of the Management Board of Monbat Plc, Sofia, dated July 17th 2008 and a particular decision of the Management Board, dated Oct. 24th 2008.
 
Total number of the shares, subject to reverse buying out within the period 27.10.2008 – 13.11.2008 : 143 000  shares;
Average price of the reverse buying out within the period 27.10.2008 – 13.11.2008: BGN 6.15 per share;
Total amount of the reverse buying out transactions within the period 27.10.2008 – 13.11.2008: BGN 880 358.60
