In April 2008 MONBAT Plc has realized sales to the amount of BGN 14 726 000 which represents a sales growth of 82.75 % compared to April, 2007. The summarized data for the first four months of 2008 show that the company has realized incomes to the amount of BGN 70 119 000 which represents a growth of 106.62 % compared to the same period of 2007.
The company’s profit for April, 2008 is BGN 1 490 000 which represents a profit growth of 34.84 % compared to April, 2007. The summarized data for the first four months of 2008 show that the company has realized profit to the amount of BGN 11 555 000 which represents a profit growth of 162.79 % compared to the same period of 2007.
After the analyses of the Management Board of MONBAT Plc and in terms of the achieved results for April 2008, the company’s management prognosticates incomes from sales to the amount of BGN 38 000 000 and profit before taxes to the amount of BGN 4 500 000 only for the second quarter of 2008, and for the first half- year of 2008 incomes from sales to the amount of BGN 93 393 000 and profit before taxes to the amount of BGN 14 565 000.
The prognoses are conformed with the traditionally not so successful for the company second quarter.
The prognoses on consolidated basis for 2008 remain without any changes.
