With the present, we would like to announce the following information, related to Monbat plc:

In December, 2007 MONBAT has realized sales to the amount of BGN 18 299 00 which represents a sales growth of 157 % compared to December, 2006. The summarized data for the twelve months of 2007 show that the company has realized incomes to the amount of BGN 143 994 000, which represents a growth of 83,2 % compared to the same period of 2006.

The company’s profit for December, 2007 is BGN 1 994 000 which represents a profit growth of 82,6 % compared to December, 2006. For the twelve months of 2007, the company has realized a profit to the amount of BGN 19 426 000 which represents a profit growth of 119,5 % compared to the same period of 2006.

The extraordinary expenses for December, 2007 is BGN 520 000 which represent one additional remuneration for the employees and bonuses.
On January 30th, 2008 MONBAT Plc will present to the investment community a complete interim individual financial report as of December 31st, 2007, including additional information on the financial and economic conditions of the company for the twelve months of 2007.

On Jan. 31st, 2008 from 11.00 a.m. in Grand Hotel Sofia the management of Monbat Plc will hold a press conference on the occasion of announcing the financial results of the company from 2007.

As of Jan. 21st,2008 Monbat Plc concluded a contract with Services Financial Markets Ltd. – a subsidiary of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange – Sofia Plc for announcement of regulated information to the public according to the requirements of Law on Public Offering of Securities through the system X3 news.
