In accordance with a decision of the Management Board, dated 07.06.2007, Monbat PLC, in the capacity of a sole proprietor of the capital of Monbat Recycling EOOD, Romania, shall grant Monbat Recycling EOOD, Romania a loan to the amount of EUR 2 500 000 at 8percent interest on annual basis and 1 year payment period, as of 11.06.2007. The loan is to be granted for the following purpose: acquisition of land, construction of factory, warehouse and administrative buildings and infrastructure; construction of a factory for recycling of accumulator and lead, lead alloys, polythene, polypropilen, for production of lead, lead alloys, polythene and polypropilen materials.
