On 05.06.2007 the Management Board of Monbat Plc signed a protocol on the following decisions:
1. Increase of the capital of MONBAT PLC DOO” INDJIJA – SERBIA from EUR 2 085 000 to EUR 2 285 000 with a money installment in the amount of EUR 200 000;
2. Monbat Plc shall grant the amount of EUR 2 964 640 to its subsidiary MONBAT PLC DOO” INDJIJA – SERBIA for:
- purchase of factory equipment – a technological line for recycling of old accumulators, provided from “ENGITEC TECHNOLOGIES” S. p. A. Novate Milanese – Italy;
- delivery of metallurgical factory equipment – metallurgical furnaces, provided from “BG INDUSTRIES” TOURNES – FRANCE.
With the funds granted for purchasing of factory equipment will be increased the capital of MONBAT PLC DOO” INDJIJA – SERBIA after the delivery from “ENGITEC TECHNOLOGIES” S. p. A. Novate Milanese – Italy and “BG INDUSTRIES” TOURNES – FRANCE.
