Dear Investors,

W e would like to announce that during December, 2010 Monbat Plc and Monbat Recycling EAD have generated consolidated net incomes from sales to the amount of BGN 22 001 000 which represents a 60.03 % growth compared to the individual net incomes from sales, generated by Monbat Plc in December, 2009.

 

The summarized data for 2010 show that Monbat Plc and Monbat Recycling EAD have generated consolidated net incomes from sales to the amount of BGN 188 874 000 which represents a 50.04 % growth compared to the individual results of Monbat Plc for 2009.

 

The generated net incomes from sales during 2010 to the amount of BGN 188 874 000 are allocated as follows:

The generated consolidated profit before taxes of Monbat Plc and Monbat Recycling EAD for December, 2010 is BGN 1 209 000 , which represents a profit decrease of   36.60 % compared to the individual profit, generated by Monbat Plc in December, 2009.  

The summarized data for 2010 show that Monbat Plc and Monbat Recycling EAD have generated profit to the amount of BGN 19 943 000 , which represents a 5.11 % growth compared to the individual profit, generated by Monbat Plc during 2009.

With reference to the consequences of the fire, in December 2010 were made expenses to the amount of BGN 300 000 aimed at restoring the production process.
