In October 2008 MONBAT Plc has generated net incomes from sales to the amount of BGN 17 109 000, which represents a decrease of 10.30 % growth, compared to October 2007. The summarized data for the first ten months of 2008 show that the company has generated net incomes from sales to the amount of BGN 152 267 000, which represents a growth of 46.41 % compared to the same period of 2007.

The generated net incomes from sales for the first ten months of 2008 to the amount of BGN 152 267 000 are allocated as follows:

The generated profit of MONBAT Plc for October 2008 is BGN 2 896 000, which represents a profit growth of 51.39 % compared to October 2007. The summarized data for the first ten months of 2008 show that the company has generated profit to the amount of BGN 26 178 000, which represents a profit growth of 82.53 % compared to the same period of 2007.

Considering the achieved results in October, the Management Board of MONBAT Plc projects net incomes from sales to the amount of BGN 45 000 000 and profit before taxes – to the amount of BGN 7 300 000 on non- consolidated basis only for the fourth quarter of 2008, and for the entire 2008 - net incomes from sales to the amount of BGN 180 158 000 and profit before taxes – to the amount of BGN 30 582 000.

With the present we would like to inform you about the dates of future events and announcement of information from MONBAT Plc as follows:

On Dec. 1st, 2008 after the end of the stock exchange session will be presented the consolidated report for the third quarter of 2008 and the requested information on the company’s activities for this period on consolidated basis. After the company presents the consolidates report for the third quarter of 2008 and analyzes the achieved results, the Management Board will assess whether it is necessary to reconsider the annual consolidated prognoses, made for 2008 and respectively – correct them.

On Dec. 4th 2008 after the end of the stock exchange session, the management of the company will present Forecast for development of the companies, included in the economic group of MONBAT Plc for 2009.
